Our turnaround on time critical PR images is very quick; we don’t employ copyright restrictions on commissioned work and provide a DVD of high resolution images for future use where required. Unlike most other professional photographers we don’t feel it’s ethical or fair to retain copyright on photographs we would otherwise not have taken had we not been commissioned to do the work. We do however like to retain a shared copyright in order to facilitate our own marketing of our photography both online and in other materials. If the photographs are of a sensitive nature we only reproduce them with the clients’ agreement.
